Noorderkwartier

The Noorderkwartier will become an urban district with approximately 700 new homes and plenty of space for employment and facilities: catering, education and culture. The Noorderkwartier will be as green as possible with the new Singelpark in the heart. There will be room for walking, picnicking, sports and playing. We strengthen the performing arts in the area; there will be a cultural square or city stage. The combination of reuse of existing buildings and new construction is special. This circular principle gives character to the area. The Noorderkwartier will be an extension of the compact Zwolle city center, a new district that will be accessible and attractive to everyone.
